Did you know that we can direct bill most insurance providers?
Ask about direct billing at time of order and we will help process your claim for you. If your provider does not process electronic submissions we can supply you with a detailed copy of your receipt for paper submission!

Yes, we can repair most glasses! Although it does depend on part availability and the condition of the glasses. In some situations, the eyeglasses may not be salvageable.

Matheson Eyewear is a dispensing optical, meaning we are licensed to manufacture and dispense eyewear in the province of Prince Edward Island. For a thorough eye exam, there are many excellent options in the city and across the island! Once you have your eyes examined, you can request a copy, and we can start the process from there! ETA does fluctuate with your type of prescription, uniqueness of the lens type, customization options, and availability of the frame. An average example for a simple progressive and a frame selected from our dispensary would lead to an order processing time of approximately 7 business days. Again, this does fluctuate with different variables, an optician will be able to give you an accurate timeframe based on your prescription/frame availability at our dispensary.

Yes! We do offer multiple pair discounts on prescription eyewear. Discount structure is as follows: 2nd pair: 30% off prescription eyewear or pair of lenses for relens, 3rd pair: 40% off prescription eyewear or pair of lenses for relens, and 40% off subsequent pairs. Multiple pairs must be ordered within 30 days of the initial eyeglass purchase and may only be applied to the same prescription/individual.
